THE BUNDLE OF STICKS

Once upon a time old man lived with his three sons in a village. Three sons were hard workers but they quarrel all the time with each other and wont work together because of his sons this kind of behaviour old man was worried a lot about his sons future. The old man tried to explain them in many ways to unite them but failed every time.
Years passed by but their sons behaviour remained the same. One fine day old man got very sick due to his old-age. The old man called his three sons and once again advised to stay them together but no one agreed to him.
So the old man decided to teach them a lesson and make them to know about the value and power of unity.
Another day old man called his three sons and gave bundle of sticks to each one of them, and told them to take out one stick from the bundle and break it all three of them did it quite easily. After this old man told to break bundle of sticks together but they didn't get success. The old man then explained how single stick can be broken easily and bundle of sticks cannot like wise three of you be like a bundle of sticks. All three sons understood what there father want to explain them and they came to know the power of unity. They all promised the old man and agreed to satay together happy and forever.

Moral of the story: Unity is strength.
